Rear extension and makeover, Notting Hill, London

“everybody in the care / accessibility field who sees it raves about it – I have already recommended you twice! I’d always use you as my architects.”

Client

The two main floors of a five storey Victorian house in the Norland Conservation area are made fully accessible with interventions front and back.

A new rear extension W20 steel-framed conservatory holds an accessible bathroom, a small sun lounge and a through-the-floor lift, allowing access for all from the main room on through to the garden by means of a new ramp.
