Residential conversion of Victorian warehouses, Braintree, Essex

Outline masterplan for the whole site to accommodate a total 34 units in one new building and the five buildings that comprise the existing 19th Century warehouse complex and concept design proposals for the two houses in the Victorian brick building, the old payroll office on Braintree Road and for the grand three-storey Grade II Listed brick mill on White Horse Lane providing ten new flats. We consulted with Braintree District Council Development Services and Historic Buildings & Conservation, received support for the proposals and prepared the required documentation ready for planning and Listed Building submissions.
